Gazania Kiss Orange Frosty Flame has large orange flowers that are all center striped with red on the petals. This seeded variety grows 8 - 10 inches tall and wide.
Green foliage with multiple, large orange blooms on tightly mounded plants which work great in sunny locations. This orange flame gazania seed is sure to catch the attention of gardeners who will want this plant for their own back yard. Gazania Treasure Flowers are good plants for the front of sunny garden borders and also perform well as a flowering ground cover when planted in large groups.
Because of their heat and drought tolerance, Kiss Gazanias are especially useful near driveways and sidewalks. They also do well in mixed container plantings, pots, baskets and window boxes as well. Gazania are known for closing their flowers at night and on cloudy days, but this Kiss series produces blooms that stay opened more so that you can enjoy them more!
Can be grown as a tender perennial in frost free USDA zones 8 - 10. Sow 1 - 2 seeds per plant and keep seeds moist until germination. If growing Gazania seeds in colder climates, start the flower seeds indoors 6 - 8 weeks before the last expected frost.
