About This Item

Dahlberg daisy is a low growing flower only reaching 6 - 8 inches in height. It grows as an annual in USDA zones 4 - 11.
The flowers are bright yellow and have a lemony scent. It is fast to establish and blooms from late spring through fall. Use Dahlberg Daisies for edging the front of the border, in containers and baskets, and as a general ground cover. In frost-free zones, this little daisy can last a few years, and it prefers dry conditions over high humidity and lots of rainfall.
Sowing Rate: 3 - 5 seeds per cell or approximately 5000 seeds covers 100 square feet. Start the seed indoors 4 – 6 weeks before the end of frost season. Press the seed into the soil, do not cover the seed, and keep it moist. With a temperature range of 60 - 65F, germination is normally within 14 days.
Space these daisy plants 8 inches apart to begin your bright yellow flower display.
